Worship is the expression of reverence to God. We believe what the Bible says about worship in Psalm 81:2closePsalm 81:2 2 Raise a song; sound the tambourine,
the sweet lyre with the harp. (ESV) . “Begin the music, strike the tambourine, play the melodious harp and lyre” (NIV). Today, the harps have been replaced with keyboards and the tambourines with drums, but the heart of it all is God.

Chorale

The POK Chorale is a vibrant multi-generational ensemble that participates in weekly worship services and special events. For anyone who loves to worship the Lord in song, the chorale is a great opportunity to serve the church, build community, and improve your musical skills in a joyful environment.

Band

The POK Band leads in worship each week and for many special events. We are always looking for new volunteers!

  • Experience required.
  • Ability to read chord charts necessary.
  • Audition required. Contact David Burgett.
  • Sunday weekly pre-service rehearsals required.

Praise Team

The POK Praise Team is a regular part of the Sunday services, contributing solos, praise singers and additional worship leaders.
