The goal of joining a Growth Group is to grow in your walk with Jesus around people that can support you in taking your next steps. We believe life is better when you live in community. Growth Groups meet in homes and other locations for Bible study and fellowship. We want to help you find the best fit.

What is a Growth Group?
Growth Groups are Bible study groups that meet in various locations around the Grand Rapids metro area. Each group begins with snacks and social time, followed by prayer and discussion. The goal is to deepen our faith and make lifelong friends.
Who can participate in a Growth Group?
Anyone! A neighbor, friend, guest from out of town, teenager… Participants don’t have to attend POK. infants are welcome to accompany parents to groups, but we suggest toddlers, school-aged kids and teenagers attend our activities at the church while parents are in groups. They’ll love it!
How Can I Participate?
Easy! Select a group from our Growth Groups list, and submit a form… It’s as easy as that! Your group leader will be notified that you’ve been added to the group and will be in touch with you.
How Often Do Groups Meet?
Groups meet weekly throughout the month, primarily on Wednesday evenings. Some groups will meet at other times to accommodate work schedules and other life needs. Our Growth Groups list has details on the day, time, and location each group meets.
Where Do Groups Meet?
Groups meet in homes, restaurants, and coffee shops all around the city. Check our Growth Groups list for more details.
Is Childcare Provided?
Typically childcare is not provided, but there may be some options. Some groups will have participants share responsibility in watching the children, split the cost for a sitter, or make other arrangements. Remember that potty-trained kids and older can attend our awesome Kids Jam on Wednesday evenings!
